New York resident David Parisier is the key Principal and founder of Paredim Partners LLC, which manages and controls numerous multifamily residential properties throughout the Northeastern United States, with an emphasis on Connecticut. Parisier oversees a portfolio of 11 properties with 1,350 units and several residential developments in New York City and surrounding areas. He maintains responsibility through the different stages of development, including acquisition, financing, and remodeling, concentrating on suburban multifamily and undervalued urban units. David Parisier and his colleagues at Paredim focus on providing quality, responsive service and take great care to cultivate residential communities that are well maintained and conveniently located.
Prior to founding Paredim, David Parisier was the Managing Director of Acquisitions at Capital Properties Associates, LP, also in New York City, where he coordinated the origination, underwriting, and acquisition of commercial offices and multifamily properties. He completed $200 million in acquisitions during his tenure at the company and helped restructure the company through the creation of a tracking system that focused on incoming property offerings. David Parisier also developed a program that identified and sought out potential equity partners in new acquisitions.
As an undergraduate student, David Parisier attended Clark University and studied government and economics. In addition to his studies, Parisier served as Vice President of the Investment Club, which he founded, and contributed articles to The Alternative Magazine. He continued his education at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in Finance in 1991. During his time as a graduate student, David Parisier completed a management advisory project in which he analyzed a Midtown office market in order to help an international bank develop a real estate lending policy.
After graduating with his MBA, David Parisier accepted a position in the Office and Retail Leasing Divisions of the Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. He also worked at SL Green Realty Corp and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. Currently, David Parisier is a member of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York and previously participated on the Real Estate Board of New York and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
